Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and rebooking policy states that all transactions are non-refundable once a class or appointment is booked. If you provide at least 24h notice, we offer a one-time courtesy re-schedule at no additional charge. You have 30 days from the original appointment to reschedule.

If you arrive for an appointment or class but have not completed your online portion or have the required paperwork, you will not be able to complete the session and there will be no refund. You will need to rebook a future class or appointment.

For Renewal BLS Courses: Students will need to provide a copy of their CURRENT and ACTIVE American Heart Association certification. If you do not have the certification, you will not be able to attend the class and there will be no refund for the class. You will need to rebook a future class.

LATE POLICY: Participants are allowed to arrive up to 5 minutes past their scheduled time. Arrivals beyond this 5 minute grace period will require to reschedule in accordance with the cancellation/no show policy, with no exceptions permitted.
